U9 Boys Team Takes Spring Title PDF Print E-mail

This spring the 2009 Dexter U9 Devils, trained by Adam Lamb, earned their very first taste of victory.  This is the teams first season playing together and they've come out strong, blasting their way from newcomer's to league champs. This newly formed team went then entire season with only 1 loss. The boys put in some good performances all season and were very excited to win the well deserved title.  Way to go Dexter U9 Devils!

U11 Shock Wave - Spring Champs PDF Print E-mail

The Shock Wave team U11 Girls ended the spring season in Division 3 WSSL with a 7-2-1 finish, taking the Championship title. Through their impressive teamwork and stellar training the girls acquired 48 goals and only gave up 18–taking more shots on goal and improving on finish.

In addition to their regular season success, the girls also played in the Canton Cup Tournament and made it to the championship game with an exciting finish that went into overtime. Great Job Girls!

U12 Mustangs Win Spring WSSL Title PDF Print E-mail

The Dexter Mustangs beat out 10 other clubs to capture the  U-12 Division 3 spring WSSL league title last weekend defeating the Plymouth Reign 4-3 and drawing with Bloomfield Force 3-3. The Mustangs finished with an overall record of 8-1-1. This is the third straight spring WSSL title won by the Mustangs.

The Dexter Mustangs, trained by Danny Tonks, finished the U12 Winter 2 session at Wide World undefeated leading the league in goals scored and yielding the fewest goals allowed.

Defending Champs U12 Falcons Repeat Win PDF Print E-mail

The defending champions, U-12 Dexter Falcons soccer team repeated and won Winter III indoor session in Grand Blanc MI. 

Undefeated with 6-0-2, the Falcons finished with the second best offense, scored 38 goals, and led the best defense, allowing only 11 goals.  Until the very last day of the session the Falcons were in second place trailing CSS97. With their backs against the wall, the defending champions put on a great show and beat CSS97 4 to 1 in the last day and keep the well deserved title.  

The Falcons will play the spring outdoor season in the Western Suburban Soccer League (WSSL) Division 1.  Starting fall of 2009, the Falcons will play "Premier" in the Michigan State Premier Soccer Program (MSPSP).
