Threee of the Dexter teams took 1st place in their division. Congratulations the U11 Girls Maroon, the U10 Boys Maroon, and the U11 Boys Maroon on your 1st place titles!

U11 Girls Marroon

The U11 Girls won the White division with final scores of 6-0, 10-0 and won the final 2-1 (in over-time). The girls played fantastic all weekend before playing on a dreadful field, although credit must go to them as they still tried to play the DSC way even though the field didn't allow it. They were given a second chance as they met the team they lost to during the group stages in the final, and on a decent field. The girls took the opportunity and came out victorious after a well worked goal with 2 minutes left in extra time.

U11 Boys maroon 

The U11 Boys maroon came out of the tournament undefeated with wins over Midland, Tri County and Michigan Revolution.  They kept the undefeated streak alive with a 4-4 tie in the final game against Michigan Chill to claim their place as the division champions.  Well done to all the boys for their hard work and dedication.  

U10 Boys Maroon

The U10 Boys Maroon won their division with final scores of 11-1, 13-2, 8-0. In the Final game they played the Hartland Hawks and came out victorious with a 13-2 win. The Hartland Hawks are a team that have troubled us in the past, but with slick passing and precise finishing the boys managed to win comfortably.

U10 Girls Maroon 

The U10 girls maroon made the finals of the 2010 Midland Fusion invitational on the way beating Midland, Saginaw and Phoneix. They played hard in the finals against the Michigan Impact but were out-played in the 2nd half of the game—earning them the rank of runners up in the group.  Well done to the girls who continued to work hard all weekend and play the game the right way...the way we love to see it played.  Way to go girls
