U-8 – High School Select - Premier Boys and Girls Program

Our Select - Premiere programs are a success by striving to achieve the highest level and standards of soccer development. DSC employs professional trainers recruited from across Europe. Their training expertise, personality, and energy levels in training sessions, games, and tournaments are unparallel. These professional trainers are nationally, internationally, MSYSA licensed and have played professional soccer themselves and trained players globally.

The U-8 – High School players are exposed to high level developmental strategies which are:

• Technical Skills- ball control, passing, shooting, defending, receiving, shielding, heading
• Tactical Skills- field awareness, decision making, positioning, possession, attacking,
  phases of play, functions of play
• Physical Skills – speed, strength, endurance, agility
• Psychological/Mental Conditioning – desire, attitude, effort, sportsmanship, team work

The DSC employs a best team philosophy where every effort is made to place players at the level at which they will develop to their highest potential and play at a level that is appropriate to their skill level.
