Problem Resolution The DSC strives to create a positive, professional environment for the youth (our children) to learn, succeed and play soccer. Such an experience can only be achieved through the collaborative effort of the entire DSC. The DSC is inclusive of all coaches, trainers, managers, staff, DSC Board, all players, and all parents. If you’re reading this, you more than likely have a problem that needs to be resolved. We have set up a protocol for this unfortunate situation. Please follow the procedure below to work towards a resolution for your issue. Areas of complaint may include, but are not limited to: Breaches of code of conduct by players, family members and/or coaches Discrimination Facilities and Resources If you logged an initial complaint with your coach/trainer and have not received an acceptable solution, your next step is to contact the Director of Coaching. If an acceptable resolution is still not agreed upon, please submit a formal letter to the Board of Directors using this form
